Paula Mee, Consultant Dietitian BSc., Dip Dietetics., MSc in Health Sciences., Dip Allergy, M.I.N.D.I. From the west coast of Ireland, Paula graduated from University College Galway with a BSc. in Biochemistry. She then completed her postgraduate qualification in Dietetics and a Masters in Health Science from Leeds Metropolitan University. She is a current member and a past president of the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute (INDI), the professional body for dietitians in Ireland. Paula has her own consultancy and provides an extensive range of services in nutrition, corporate wellness, marketing communications, recipe and menu analysis and product development.
