Warren G. Phillips (1954 - ) was born in Weymouth, MA. and has taught science for 38 years. He was inducted into the National Teacher Hall Of Fame in 2010.
He has earned National Board certification and was selected as Time/Chevy's Teacher of the Year in 2002. In 2004, he became Disney's Middle School Teacher of the Year. In 2006, he was selected to USA Today's All-Star teacher team. Warren created three Sing Along Science CD's and is a contributing author in several books. "Science Worksheets Don't Grow Dendrites" is his latest book, written in collaboration with Marcia Tate, internationally-known brain-based expert.
He has a MA in Physical Sciences and an MED in Instructional Technology from Bridgewater State University.
