Harwell Thrasher is a retired IT strategist who still has a few books left to write. Harwell’s first book, “Boiling the IT Frog,” published in 2007, summarized his perspective on the business side of corporate Information Technology. His more recent book, “Winning Pétanque,” published in 2022, goes in an entirely different direction and recaps his coaching experience for the French game of pétanque. The common element in both of these books is the explanation of complicated issues in a simple way that’s easy to understand.
