Paul Koudounaris

PhD, Art History UCLA. I have written and photographed three books about death: Empire of Death, Heavenly Bodies, and Memento Mori. My prodigious cat Baba has also written a book (I may have helped but she'll deny it): A Cat's Tail, which won a Barnes and Noble book of the year award. Coming Fall, 2024, my book on pet cemeteries and animal burials, Faithful Unto Death.
