Dale Walters, CPA, PFS, is the Director of Canada-U.S. Tax services at BeachFleischman, PLLC. BeachFleischman is one of the largest locally owned CPA firms in Arizona. Mr. Walters was previously the Chairman and CEO of KeatsConnelly, the largest wealth management firm in North America that specializes in helping Canadians and Americans realize their dreams of a cross border lifestyle. Mr. Walters was previously a licensed CFP professional in the U.S. and Canada and is a recognized expert in U.S.-Canada tax and financial planning and is a frequent speaker on cross-border issues. He is the author of Buying Real Estate in the US: The Concise Guide for Canadians and is the co-author of Taxation of Canadians in America and Taxation of Americans in Canada. Mr. Walters has twice been named one of the Top Advisors in the US, by Mutual Fund magazine. During his tenure as CEO of KeatsConnelly, he led the firm to awards for ethics, company culture, workplace flexibility, company volunteerism, all of which led KeatsConnelly to being named one of Arizona's Most Admired Companies (2011-2013) and one of Arizona's Top 100 Companies (2012). In 2016, KeatsConnelly was named one of the top 100 companies to work for in Arizona. Mr. Walters is a former collegiate wrestler and four-time World Heavyweight Karate Champion. He is also a fourth-degree black belt in Judo and a first-degree black belt in Krav Maga, an Israeli self-defense system.
