Frances Rios

Frances Rios is a professional speaker fluent in English and Spanish, and sole member of the National Speakers Association in Puerto Rico. Her career goes beyond public speaking and communications, she is also known for her extraordinary skills in areas such as: strategic planning, corporate reputation building and crisis management. Frances' clients benefit from her extraordinary professional experience which includes work as: television reporter, corporate communications senior executive and spokesperson for several Fortune 100 companies in Puerto Rico and the United States. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the New Mexico NSA Chapter.
