Michelle Dudash, R.D.N. is an award-winning registered dietitian nutritionist, Cordon Bleu-certified chef, and author of the best-selling cookbooks Clean Eating for Busy Families, revised & expanded and The Low-Carb Mediterranean Cookbook. Michelle is the founder of Spicekick, a line of gluten-free seasoning mixes for making easy, one-pot meals.
Michelle is a television personality on "Life.Style.Live!," which airs across Indiana, Chicagoland, and Louisville. She regularly writes for Today's Dietitian magazine.
Her recipes and articles have appeared in Food Network, CNN, Men’s Journal, Diabetic Living, EatingWell, Shape, SELF, and Better Homes and Gardens. Michelle is a frequent television guest, having appeared on "The Rachael Ray Show," "The Doctors," "The List," "FOX and Friends," Cheddar TV, and "Cavuto." Michelle cooked at a Mobil Five Star restaurant and as a private chef serving guests including English royalty. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. degree in dietetics, and a few years later she earned her toque from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Scottsdale, Arizona.
