Jack LeMenager is an independent organizational communications consultant with more than twenty-five years of experience in employee communications and business-to-business marketing communications for some of the world's leading companies. His clients have included businesses in industries like consumer goods, insurance, aviation, automotive, medical devices and equipment, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, paper, professional services, and others.
He has authored two books on employee communications and engagement. In 2011, he published "Inside the Organization: Perspectives on Employee Communications," a collection of fifty-four thematically organized essays on communications and human relationships inside and outside the business world (which was revised and updated in April 2014).
His second book is "Sandcastles in the Tide: The Value of Employee Communications In the Context of Change," published in March 2014. This collection of fifty-one essays addresses the multiple challenges that constant change presents organizations and how effective internal communications and employee engagement can help businesses surmount those challenges.
A California native (Santa Rosa), Mr. LeMenager earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Willamette University (Salem, OR), including a year abroad at the University of London. He began his career as a newspaper reporter and editor in Connecticut.
