Randolph L. Harter

Randy Harter is a Fort Wayne historian by avocation, the author/co-author of three books on local history, and has written dozens of articles and research papers about the city's rich past. A frequent speaker to area groups he is also the founder of the Fort Wayne History Roundtable.
