For many years, I taught live classes on the fundamentals of securities and stock markets, including a class, in preparation for students taking the Series 65 exam. Many of my students planned to become registered representatives or investment adviser representatives. In 1998, I became a student myself, and obtained a law degree (J.D.) from the University of Utah (2001). I practiced law for two years, then began to write a text on the Series 65 exam. So far, I am the author of Study for the Series 65 Exam, Study for the Series 66 Exam, Study for the Series 6 Exam, and Study for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam.
