Ed Price has authored and published architectural content at enterprise companies like Microsoft (17 years). He holds a degree in art and design from DigiPen Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, an MBA in Technology Management, and he's been an instructor at Bellevue College for 8 years, teaching classes on both sides of the fence: Art/Design and Computer Science. He previously worked on Microsoft Azure (datacenters, Azure Architecture Center, helping launch multiple Azure services, etc.), Power BI, SQL Server, Visual Studio, SharePoint, Hardware (mice, keyboards, webcams), Microsoft Surface, Windows, and Small Basic. He holds 5 patent awards for multi-touch designs on Microsoft Surface. At Microsoft, Ed was involved with a program he co-founded that teaches 1K+ students a year how to code! Before Microsoft, he worked at Disneyland for 3 years, worked on videogames for Nintendo, IBM, Jaleco, and Square/Enix, and he ran two animation studios, creating CG cartoons.
