David Balog

Dave Balog once shared a cab ride with the neuroscientist who won a Nobel Prize for discovering how memories are made. The scientist told Dave he had a good memory. As an editor at the Dana Foundation, Dave got to work regularly with top brain scientists, helping them to communicate their work to the general public. He created a major publication, The Dana Sourcebook of Brain Science, which was used in more than 50 countries during its four editions. The wonder of the human brain remains a passion for this author.
