Nuno Almeida

Nuno Almeida spends his days writing, teaching Karate, creating courses and interacting with his email subscribers. He has a B.S. degree in Sport’s Science and a post-degree in High Performance Training. In 2014-2015 he was head of the formation department of the national Portuguese Karate Federation (FNK-P). He loves wasting time watching YouTube videos, meditating and trying all sort of weird breathing and movement exercises. At night he wastes his life completely watching series and movies with his lovely (most of the times) wife. He’s hopeless.
