Greg A. Lane

My name is Greg A. Lane, and I'm an inspirational writer from a small Alabama town called Hartselle. Most of my writings stem from reflections and observations I've accumulated over the years during my daily morning walk, as I've started my days with prayer and communion with the Lord. Thus, my first book was appropriately entitled "My Morning Walks with God."

I've worked in Children's ministry for decades so I know how important it is to convey truth with simplicity that any age can understand. Like Jesus, I look for spiritual truths in my natural surroundings. One of Jesus' main methods of teaching was through parables... earthly stories with a heavenly meaning. So, I guess you could say that I'm a "modern-day parable teller."

I invite you to join me on My Morning Walks with God as I endeavor to hear what He tells me, both through His still small voice "on the inside," and through the hundred-and-one other ways He tries to get my attention "on the outside."
