She’s happily married to her high school sweetheart, Clay, a Christian apologetics professor at Biola University. They live in Laguna Niguel, California, and once were foster parents to three preteen/teen girls. Jean enjoys trying new foods, such as the rooster claws and century eggs she ate in Asia.
