Kazi Zulkader Siddiqui is a scholar, academician and a businessman. A graduate in Chemical Engineering from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) USA, he pursued graduate studies at Institute of Islamic Studies, McGill University, Canada. He completed his high school diploma from Cadet College Petaro in Pakistan. He has been a professor of history and Muslim thought at universities of Pakistan. He has authored books and articles on various aspects of religion, history, Islamic studies and comparative religion, and has lectured extensively and read papers at many of the universities, colleges and schools in Pakistan on various aspects of Islam and Muslim civilization. He has published articles in various journals including the Journal of Pakistan Historical Society, Islamic Studies (quarterly journal of Islamic Research Institute of IIIU), Hawliyah (annual Journal of International Islamic University) and Arc (quarterly journal of the Faculty of Religious Studies, McGill University). He was a member of the Editorial Board of the journal Islamic Studies. He is fluent in English and Urdu and has a good command over Turkish and Arabic languages.
