I help aspiring and established media producers use media theories to understand how to improve the films, news reports, programmes and series they produce. I founded the Creative Enterprise Centre, at the University of Westminster, to help businesses find and work with the best emerging talent in their fields. I work as Director of Employability for the Westminster Media and Arts Schools, where I am a member of the CAMRI Research Group and Course Leader of the MA International Media Business. Previously I was an award winning producer and director of drama, documentary, news and entertainment TV and radio programmes, including at the BBC where I was Head of Development in Documentary and Specialist Features
