Ruben Degollado

Rubén Degollado’s work has appeared in Beloit Fiction Journal, Gulf Coast, Hayden’s Ferry Review, Image, and the anthologies: Bearing the Mystery, Nepantla Familias, and Living Beyond Borders: Growing Up Mexican in America. His debut novel Throw won the Texas Institute of Letters Best YA Book for 2020 along with several accolades and his second book, The Family Izquierdo, a literary novel, is a New York Times Editor's Choice and a PEN/Faulkner Award longlisted book.
