Highlights of Kathy's work include establishing the Massachusetts General Hospital Codman Center for Clinical Effectiveness, launching the National Surgical Quality Improvement Program (NSQIP) to over 400 hospitals in the U.S. and Canada, and publication of numerous high-profile articles. Her clients are many of the leading health and healthcare organizations in the world, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, the World Health Organization, New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Urban Indian Health Institute, Children's Hospital Association, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, among others. Kathy also delivers full-day public and private workshops on data visualization best practices for health and healthcare professionals and is a highly sought-after speaker. Kathy has a Master of Health Administration from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Science degree from the Dartmouth College Geisel School of Medicine. Kathy lives in York, ME with her husband Bret and Australian Shepherds Juno and Summer, and on perfect days daughter Annie and son-in-law Doug.
