Kerry Goyette

Kerry is the Founder & President of Aperio Consulting Group, a corporate consulting firm that utilizes workplace analytics and research-based strategies to build high performance teams. She is a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst and Certified Forensic Interviewer with postgraduate studies in psychometrics. Kerry is an international speaker with the popular TEDx talk, "Stop Trying to Motivate Your Employees", she was the keynote speaker at the 2017 Global HR Inside Summit in Vienna, Austria, the keynote speaker for the 2018 Best Employers Awards in Barbados, and has been featured in Fast Company, CEO World Magazine, Business.com, Quartz at Work, and Innovation Enterprise. Kerry has consulted for Shell Oil, Houston Texans, Steptoe & Johnson, Ragtag Film Society, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and many others. She also is on the University of Missouri MBA Advisory Board and co-leads the Centennial Investors Research Task Force studying predictors of entrepreneurial success. Kerry’s new book, The Non-Obvious Guide to Emotional Intelligence, will be released this summer.
