Georgian Lussier is a Human Resources Consultant focused on career development. She partners with skilled trades professionals to offer advice and information on how to play the long game, across life stages. The original book is co-authored with her husband, Bill, who holds many licenses and is a Building Official in Connecticut. Georgian's early publications were articles for trade magazines, followed by 2 e-books on growing talent. She taught business classes to plumbing contractors for several years. Her Dad was a career plumber and her grandfather was a painting and decorating contractor in Kansas. Georgian believes successful career development requires life-long learning, persistence and adaptability. She holds a Masters in Organizational Behavior from the University of Hartford and has 40 years of experience.
