Intermittent fasting fan. Nutritional Therapist. Small business owner. When I started experimenting with Intermittent Fasting, I felt like the world’s worst faster. As a nutritional therapist, I had all the knowledge and science telling me that this was the right thing to do, and yet on a day-to-day basis I struggled. I became very familiar with feeling hungry and tired on fasting days, and the four p.m. gray sheen that appeared on my face was a favorite that no amount of blusher could fix. The science stacked up but the daily reality of sticking with my plan didn’t, and I wondered how everyone else was coping and made it my mission to find ways to make fasting easier so more of us could experience the benefits. After two years of research, my company created FASTING+ by Nutritionist’s Blend. Edible fasting sticks based on the very latest science to help you achieve your fasting goals more easily. Shortly afterwards I was asked to write `Intermittent Fasting for Beginners’. I jumped at the chance as it felt like a natural next step to helping more people successfully integrate fasting into their lives. As the days tick by I continue to immerse myself in all things intermittent fasting. Writing, blogging and developing new products to support the day to day reality of intermittent fasting as part of a healthy lifestyle. Happy fasting everyone.
