Khalid Ahmed

Khalid Ahmed was born in Sudan, to Sudanese parents, grew up in Khartoum, Sudan, and moved to America in 1998. Graduated as a Civil Engineer and worked for four years as Dam Construction Engineer, then had a Master degree from Bradley University in Peoria Illinois in Computer Science. For the last seventeen years worked as Software Engineer with Verizon Communications in Tampa Florida. His father was a contemporary artist, Khalid grew up looking up to his father and learned a lot from him, which later on led to coming back to Art but leveraging Computer Science as a tool.
