Claudia Carlton Lambright, B.F.A., M.Ed., is an artist who has been blessed to discover many expressive media for her creative energy over the course of her lifetime. She is a retired college Student Affairs Advisor, Technical Writer, Science Writer, and Biomedical Editor; several of her scientific articles were published in both trade and academic journals in the 1990s.
A lifelong spiritual seeker, Claudia formed her belief system from both traditional religious teachings—both Western and Eastern—and nontraditional philosophies and ideas. She discovered her gut to be her strongest spiritual tool and regards intuition as the best way for anyone to navigate the incessant bombardment of new ideas and dogmas that assails us every day of our lives. It hasn’t failed her yet.
Her dad died in 2008. She lost her husband and best friend in 2014, a blow that shook her spiritual and physical foundations. But thanks to her decades-long “woo-woo” spiritual practices (as her husband called them), she discovered a dream connection to both lost loved ones that brought her back from the abyss.
Claudia has earned (as she likes to phrase it), “no formal dream credentials, but decades of dream sweat equity.” She has studied and practiced lucid dreaming, group dreaming, dream incubation, dream interpretation, and after-death communication through dreams, and for many years, was moderator of online discussion groups on dreaming and astral travel.
She lives in a small town outside Athens, Georgia, with her cat and her memories. She loves reading, writing, gardening, home improvement projects, and yes…painting (both houses and canvases). A perfectionist, she’s never completely satisfied with anything she creates.
She never stops trying.
