Herlin was raised in former Czechoslovakia, now Slovakia. After finishing her studies she went to USA and has been working on the cruise ships for over 25 years. As a hospitality professional finished her career as Assistant Maitre'd. Herlin was a manager in a guest contact environment. Worked for luxury cruise lines and her experiences are written on her books. During pandemic 2020/2021 when global cruise lines operation was banned She also created diaries, children's coloring books, guest's books, fishing logs and much more for the cruise and free time. Now is full time author and running her own business team. Herlin's Slovak cook book shows that anyone can cook.
