Larry Hughes

Larry Hughes has been engaged in the study and practice of leadership for nearly forty years. From his earliest experiences as a West Point cadet, Hughes has sought to understand how to more effectively lead and contribute to teams. His journey has included service as a US Army officer and senior leadership roles in both corporate America and the not-for-profit community. He has also taught leadership and organizational behavior at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Hughes is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and holds a MBA from the University of Chicago. He earned his Doctor of Education in Human and Organizational Learning from the George Washington University.
