Anand Singh Verma is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. (2006 batch). He has been associated in different capacities with S.R. Dinodia and Co. LLP, Nangia & Co. LLP, and Ernst & Young (E&Y) before he started his own practice as ‘ASV & Co, Chartered Accountants’. He is IFRS qualified from ICAI and has worked extensively in auditing, corporate structuring, entity/share valuation of large domestic and multinational companies, outsourcing of multinational companies having their subsidiaries/project office/branches in India. He is a nature-loving person and has a start-up in organic food as well. His wife is a popular yoga & meditation instructor in India.
