Charles den Tex is an award-winning Dutch-Australian author who has been living and working in the Netherlands. He started out as an advertising copy writer and later became management consultant and merger manager. To date, Charles has successfully published sixteen books, he has won the annual Dutch thriller award three times and he has sold more than 250,000 copies. His books are set in the modern world of business and finance and focus on subjects like fraud, identity, the influence of technology on our lives. His novels Mr. Miller and CEL were made into a ten part television series for Dutch television. In 2000-2004 Charles was president of the Dutch Crime writers Association. His latest book, TJ and the Ledgers of Life, is a departure from the genre he is know for, thrillers. TJ is a coming of age novel about a young man in a strange family. The Ledgers of Life are his fathers secret that one day it to become his secret.
