Rakhi Singh is known as a Cultural Author. She likes to write about the rich Indian culture and vibrant festivals. Living in the UK for the past 2 decades, her primary focus is to provide her children a life which has full flavours of her Indian roots and vibrant culture along with the quintessential British humour which sometimes get overcasted by the unpredictable British weather. Enabling children to learn about the culture and festivals in a fun and easy way which is well reflected in her latest books. Since childhood, it was her dream to write a book as she loved writing stories, poetries in English and Hindi. Received various awards in Poetry, Story Writing, Sculpture and Photography from Indian State Government and many private organisations. She was awarded 'Jodhpur Ratan 2021' for her social work and promoting Indian culture in the UK. She holds a Masters Degree in Applied Art (Media and Advertising), Diploma in Clay Sculpture, runs Digital Media firm and is actively involved in promoting Hindi language and literature plus providing support to charity/community organisations to promote Indian culture. Rakhi loves gardening, adores her two kids and dotes on her loving husband.
