Jeff Winstead

A native Kentuckian, Jeff Winstead is a writer, artist, and creative director whose award-winning design work has been featured in Package Design Magazine, Mental Floss, and the book Cool Beer Labels: The Best Art & Design from Breweries Around the World. He's the creator, writer, and ofttimes cover artist of The Alternate, a superhero comic available digitally on ComiXology and Amazon for Kindle, and in print from Antarctic Press as part of their Exciting Comics anthology. He and his wife hang with their dog at their creative hub in Palm Springs, California. Jeff's first novel, The Last Battle of the Revolution: Daniel Boone and the War for American Independence on the Kentucky Frontier, was released in March of 2022.
