La Esh Na Ahi

La Esh Na Ahi has been a student of mysticism since her early teenage years. Now in her sixth decade on the planet and having passed enumerable tests assigned to her in this lifetime; with many more surely to come, she has found an outpouring from her heart to share words and vibrations gathered from the void. The maxim to realize that light and the dark are the same has been ringing through her being for some time now. La Esh Na is well traveled; having been to many of the so called “power spots” around the world in Egypt, Israel, Peru, the Yucatan and in America. She is a healer, a teacher of shamanic techniques and lore, a student of Huna and a graduate student of The Monroe Institute. She is an avid meditator and enjoys the light building aspects of prayer. She connects with Mother Earth, Gaia, on a regular basis via hiking, medicine wheel building and chants. Her hobbies are reading, cooking, walking, contemplation and the enjoyment of her four footed companion. Stargazing at night and looking for Galactic brothers and sisters are other past times.
