Mike Cook

Mike Cook looks like an ordinary man, but he has a secret: his family and all his friends think he is the best pitmaster they have ever known. They always ask him to do a barbecue, a party, a lunch or a dinner together to eat his delicious, mouth-watering, juicy, tender, yummy, succulent and tasty meal (these are their words).

Mike loves cooking mustache-licking food by his smokers: he loves especially

his electric smoker and his wood pellet grill and smoker. Over time he learned every tips, tricks, secrets and the best practices to use them.He likes to change the recipes a little and put some different rub, marinade or sauce.

Everybody asks him his recipes and his advice to do fantastic dishes as him and after that, also his friends can do so yummy food. So Mike thought: everybody wants to be a pitmaster and to cook and eat "the best food I have ever had" and he wrote his books which contain all his secrets and knowledge about smokers.
