Julia Stefano

Julia Stefano grew up in a family that ate together, living their lives with fresh, homemade pasta and the many flavors of traditional Italian cuisine providing culture and healthy sustenance. She developed an appreciation for quality ingredients and simple techniques which lead to rich, deliciously healthy meals and satisfied guests! Her love of pasta and Italian tradition permeates her recipes. She lives in New York with her husband and two children.
