Patricia A. Holt Abner

I graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Social Work degree in 1979. I retired from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Human Services in 2016 after 36 years of service. Writing has always been a passion. Retirement has afforded me the time to make my passion and dreams become a reality.
