CB Revell is an Idaho State University Master Food Safety Advisor and a University of California Master Gardener. She specializes in food preservation and is passionate about ensuring that traditional skills and techniques are preserved for future generations. She also has a BS from Michigan State University in Environmental Science. Concerned that we may need to become increasingly self-sufficient as time goes on, she is committed to not only expanding her own knowledge but disseminating that knowledge to others. She is passionate about living a life that complements the natural world, preserving the planet for generations to come, and living a healthy and fulfilled life in the process. CB Revell lives in Idaho with her husband of almost 20 years and daughter. She loves working in the garden and finding new ways to preserve her harvest. As a lover of the great outdoors, she also enjoys hiking, camping, and rock climbing.
