Brian Hardy is a high-school coach with numerous credentials in both his coaching and playing career. Brian has coached successful high school and local soccer and basketball teams for 10+ years. He has also been involved in elite-level sports as an athlete himself, performing at national games in athletics, soccer, and basketball. Brian has been studying Strength and conditioning and sports psychology for several years. He has been involved in developing numerous fitness programs, such as aerobic fitness, speed, mobility programs, and more. He has also been practicing yoga and meditation for years and intends to become a yoga instructor in time. Brian is always seeking to learn from the best and the latest knowledge and science in the sports and fitness industry.
