Emily Rhodes is the food writer and steam oven educator behind Steam and Bake, the internet's top website for steam oven cooking. She’s loved cooking since she worked out how to climb onto the kitchen counter as a 2-year-old, and spent much of her childhood creating gourmet delights and trying to convince her siblings to do the washing up after her. Emily has university qualifications in journalism and nutrition. She has worked in the food industry for more than 25 years, first in retail and product development and then in marketing and teaching roles. She now puts her range of skills to use as a recipe developer, food copywriter, ghostwriter and cookbook author. Emily has written 3 of her own cookbooks, and her recipes and content have been published by multiple global appliance and food brands.
