Olaf Groth is a global strategist, entrepreneurial executive, thinktank founder, advisor and author for disruption in the global economy. He is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of global tech futures thinktank Cambrian Futures (cambrian.ai) and solution concept studio Cambrian Designs, as well as Professional Faculty and Professor of Practice at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and Hult International Business School. He has 25 years of experience as an executive and adviser building strategies, capabilities, programs and ventures across 35+ countries with multinationals, consultancies, startups, VCs, foundations, governments and academia. Olaf is lead co-author of "The Great Remobilization: Designing A Smarter Future" (MIT Press, 2023) and of "Solomon’s Code: Humanity in a World of Thinking Machines" (Pegasus, 2018) and its paperback version "The AI Generation: Shaping Our Global Future With Thinking Machines" (Pegasus, 2022).
