Samantha Jones is an author and educator, with 15+ years of mental health experience across hospitals, clinics, and private practice. Samantha's own journey with shadow work began during a difficult period in her life, when she was struggling with depression and anxiety and felt disconnected from her sense of purpose and meaning. Through therapy and self-reflection, Samantha began to explore the darker parts of herself that she had been avoiding and discovered a wealth of insight and wisdom in those shadow aspects. Inspired by her own transformational experiences, Samantha has since dedicated herself to helping others embark on their own healing journeys. She has authored her first book "The Shadow Work Workbook" which has become a bestseller in the field of self-help and personal growth. In this workbook, Samantha provides readers with a step-by-step approach to understanding and integrating their shadow aspects, using exercises and prompts that draw on principles from Jungian psychology. In addition to her clinical work, she is also a certified yoga instructor and has completed additional training in mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR). In her free time, Samantha enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family and pets.
