Dennis Allan McElrath was born in Oceanside, California, on September 21, 1933. He is the son of Harry F. and Linda

(Schneider) McElrath. He is honored to have lived and worked in Fiji, playing a significant role in developing the country’s

tourism, especially Denarau Island. His achievements include:

large part to his accidental discovery of Denarau Island in 1969. McElrath shares the credit for his success with his family,

friends, and business partners across Fiji and the globe.
