My love of cooking was ignited in my mother's kitchen in Naples, surrounded by the aromas of garlic sizzling in olive oil and fresh basil. These early experiences shaped my understanding of food as a narrative of stories, love and spontaneity. Pursuing my culinary passion, I embarked on a quest for knowledge, working in prestigious kitchens in Italy and America, where I honed my skills and developed my unique culinary style.
As a chef, I've always been driven by the challenge of creating delicious, healthy meals that suit the fast-paced lifestyles of professionals and students. My approach to cooking combines traditional Italian flavours with modern, health-conscious techniques, focusing on low-carb and nutritious ingredients. This philosophy has not only endeared me to many, but has also established me as a culinary innovator.
A battle with my health, including fatty liver disease, has further shaped my culinary direction, emphasising the importance of food as both medicinal and pleasurable. Specialising in recipes for people with dietary restrictions, I've proven that health-conscious food can be both healing and delicious.
Pizza holds a special place in my heart, symbolising my Neapolitan roots and my journey as a chef. My pizzas blend tradition with creativity, embodying the essence of Naples while introducing innovative twists. In addition to my love of human food, I am also passionate about the well-being of our four-legged friends. As a dog owner, I understand the importance of providing nutritious meals that keep our pets happy, healthy and full of energy. This inspired me to explore the world of homemade dog food, bringing the same care and attention I give to human recipes to the dishes I prepare for my canine companions.
