From a dirt farming community to Vietnam to the pulpit to therapist to old man, it's been quite a ride. Dogs, a few cats here and there, family and friends are where I am. From a Baptist beginning to Methodism to Presbyterianism with excursions into Zen Buddhism, the Russian Orthodox Church, to multiple Native American sacred lodges (sweat lodges) to a vision quest of Cherokee tradition to existentialism and agnosticism is where I've been and am. I have studied and observed how religion has been a blessing and a curse to our existence as human beings. These observations have been greatly influenced by the works of Martin Heidegger, Carl Jung, R. D. Laing, Sheldon Kopp, Hawk Littlejohn, Carl Whitaker and the authors, known and unknown, of the Bible. I hope you enjoy and at the very least are challenged by my work.
