Eva Santaguida

Eva Santaguida left her home in Calabria, Italy, at a young age to pursue a career as an Italian language teacher. Her education and work took her to various parts of Italy, where she immersed herself in studying the diverse regional cuisines. After relocating to the United States with her American husband, Harper Alexander, Eva was surprised to find that the American interpretation of Italian food scarcely resembled the dishes she knew from home. Determined to share the authenticity and diversity of Italian cuisine, Eva and Harper launched the successful YouTube channel “Pasta Grammar.” On the channel, Eva combines her teaching expertise with her culinary passion to bring authentic Italian recipes to a global audience.
