B.M. Wolf is the publisher of a local magazine, a Certified Master of Wisdom and a Meditation Teacher with an affection for education and writing. She works at an addiction treatment center and teaches meditation around town and online. Meditation for the Modern Mind: A Beginner’s Guide to Stress Relief and Emotional Well-Being is the first of three books, with the second around the corner. B.M. Wolf provides easy-to-read and understood knowledge filled with love and compassion. Beyond writing, B.M. Wolf loves to bake, paint, garden, and be at home with her family and rescue dogs. She is involved with organizations supporting children's early education and additional family support. Her daily goal is to improve each and every day by growing in compassion and love.
