Gülay Işıklıoğlu was born in Istanbul in 1986 and grew up in an environment full of art. As the daughter of a painter father and a mother talented in handicrafts, her creative abilities developed at an early age. In 2009, after completing her education at Ankara University, she worked in the banking sector. In 2011, she moved to Antalya and established a new life here. In 2015, her daughter's need for healthy toys led her interest in handicrafts to amigurumi. In 2017, she turned her hobby into a business to ensure that organic products reach other children. Gülay, who is known for her amigurumi projects in workshops and social media, also received pedagogical formation and business administration education. During the pandemic, she started to run her business from home and has gained a solid place in the amigurumi world by touching tiny hearts.
