Sarah Helton

Sarah Helton is a first-time indie author with a passion for empowering young women to discover their identity, embrace their purpose, equip them to walk confidently, and encourage them in all seasons of life. Inspired by her young nieces, she wrote Cowgirl Mermaid to remind every little girl that she is unique, beautiful, and has a special purpose in this world. With a heart full of love and a message of truth, Sarah Helton hopes her book will inspire girls to embrace who they are, just as God made them.

Sarah also runs her own business as a Life Coach for Young Women, is a co-host on The Even If Podcast, and works at a local school in Middle Tennessee coaching high school girls as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.
