unsilenced is a writer who refuses to be silenced. Not about what the author writes, not about what the author feels, not about what the author thinks or believes about sex. Especially if all that involves sex. Then, the author likes to put that all together to entertain others, maybe even help them over a hump in their life. ...or just hump in their life. Or hump someone's leg.
