I'm Brian, author of the website Ramen Adventures. After a (semi) successful blog, YouTube and Instagram, I've managed to get a couple of books out. My first book is available in Japan, and it is a guide to 50 awesome ramen shops in Tokyo. The title is 最強アメリカ・ラーメン男 東京 極ウマ50店を食べる. Long, I know!
