This book had me spellbound, start to finish. Great writing. The story unfolds beautifully, keeping one fascinated and hooked, then gives the reader a punch to the gut. Twisty, nerve racking and finally thrilled in a weirdly macabre way. Well done. Well worth the read.

Finished this book in 2.5 days
I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever finished an entire chapter book and I say this as someone in my 30s. My mind always wanders, I get tired, etc. reading was never my “thing” until I got invited to join a book club and did it more for the social aspect & this was the book that was chosen. I started reading & couldn’t stop! I finished in 2.5 days and not only do I feel accomplished and proud but I am HOOKED! What an incredible author! I cannot wait to order another book of Freida McFadden’s
