Anne is therefore well versed with Swahili Linguistics Morphology, Swahili Theatre and Swahili History among other facets of the language. One of her favorite teachers-Bi. Mwondoe was a native Swahili speaker, and she had so much impact on Anne’s formative years that she chose to study the language up to undergraduate level. “The Illustrated Kiswahili/English Dictionary, 2nd Edition” is therefore a labor of love and commitment into expanding the Swahili space and providing an easy fun way to learn and comprehend the Swahili language.
